Weekly riddle & sale & update - 20/3/09

The first Unicorn

The first batch of Unicorn has been released for pre-order, some colours have sold out already, however a second batch will be released at 4.30 today.

I have already posted this message on Ravelry, but in case you are not a member here it is again - :-)

The first batch of the Unicorn yarn will go on sale for pre-order this friday - 13th of march.

We will put it on in 2 batches, to make sure the whole world gets a chance to buy and isn’t asleep.
The first batch will be in our websites at 9.30 am UK time.
And the second batch will be put on at 4.30 pm UK time.
I hope that covers all everyone.

We will post the Unicorn on the first of April, so you should all get it at roughly the same time. We will only update our sites when we sell out.

Unicorn riddle 4 - 30th of Jan 2009

I've had a brainwave, I know some of you are not on Ravelry and are missing the Unicorn riddles and quizzes, so I should post them here too.

This weeks riddle is

Each line contains a clue to the answer which as per usual is one word.
So here it is………

Through the heat of Obama’s roots he wanders.
Sunspots aglow.
He reaches for the highest canapes that others cannot find.
He’s greater than them all, but the big apple’s finest makes him very small.

If you think you have got it and want to check the answer, go to The Shop, add something to the basket, click checkout where you will get a discount voucher box, put in the answer and if it gives you the discount you have got the answer right.
You don't have to buy, its just the easiest way Jeni and I could find for you to check your answers without a million e-mails.
